Transaction services

Investor relations
Many in the City would have you believe that investor relations is a black art but our long experience tells us different. Investor relations is a sales process like any other and we aim to provide companies with the ammunition they need to execute this process efficiently. Our detailed understanding of the institutional investor base in the technology sector and how it invests in companies of a different sizes and types puts us in a unique position to help our clients’ with their IR planning and strategy. Our IR Health Check report compares our clients’ share register to a ‘model’ register thereby providing a gap analysis. This gap analysis is then used to identify target investors relevant to that type and size of company.
